1. Acceptance of terms

These terms govern your use of Night Bites (the “Service”). By placing an order or creating a staff account, you agree to them.

2. Definitions

“You” means anyone who uses the Service. “Order” means a request for food to be picked up at the truck in a chosen pickup window.

3. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version in the Service at least 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for changes that affect you materially).

4. Orders and payment

You don't need an account to order. Orders are paid in person at pickup. Each 10-minute pickup window takes up to 6 orders. You can cancel an order until the kitchen starts cooking it.

5. The service

We aim to keep the Service available every day. The truck's schedule can change because of weather or events; we'll update the map when it does.

6. Your responsibilities

Give a real name and phone number, pick up your order in your window, and don't place orders you don't plan to collect.

7. Staff accounts

Staff accounts are approved by the owner. Keep your login details safe. The owner may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by events outside our control or by your own actions.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
