When you order, we collect your name and phone number so the kitchen can match the food to you at the window. Staff accounts also store an email and password.
Order records stay until the owner deletes them — ask us any time and we'll delete yours. Staff information is kept until the account is deleted.

Passwords are hashed, all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and only staff who need access can see orders.
